Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day selling operations on the boutique floor, ensuring exemplary client experience and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive client acquisition, retention and bespoke clienteling activities to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through formal and on-the-job training to elevate individual and team performance.
- Support the Store Director and Team Managers in tactical planning, visual standards, and execution of merchandising directives.
- Oversee boutique operations including stock management, loss prevention, cash handling and appointment management.
- Act as category champion when assigned, shaping assortment knowledge and promoting key product narratives to clients.
- Contribute to staffing, shift planning and performance reviews to maintain an engaged, customer-focused team.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury or premium retail, with a proven record of sales performance.
- Demonstrable supervisory or team‑lead experience within a boutique or store environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and competency in coaching teams to achieve measurable results.
- Flexible availability to work retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail with hands-on responsibility for selling, client development and supervising a sales team; proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 30 to USD 37 per hour.
