Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and model sales excellence on the floor by achieving personal objectives while supporting the wider team to meet store KPIs; actively encourage cross-selling and repeat client engagements.
- Develop and cultivate a personal client portfolio and mentor team members in clienteling techniques to grow loyalty and lifetime value.
- Manage sales-floor operations to maximise business opportunities, ensuring visible leadership, adherence to service standards and an exceptional client experience.
- Coach, develop and motivate store staff through regular feedback, tailored action plans and performance management in partnership with the Store Manager/Team Manager.
- Support talent acquisition and succession planning by identifying, recruiting and nurturing high-potential team members.
- Act as the store point of contact for the Corporate Merchandising team: report on product performance, quality issues, client feedback and market trends; implement category-specific engagement plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, with demonstrable results and supervisory or team‑lead responsibility.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams, including conducting briefings and implementing action plans.
- Strong clienteling aptitude with a track record of building and managing a client portfolio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with merchandising and store leadership to translate insights into action.
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
