Louis Vuitton is hiring a Retail Support Manager – Facilities & Maintenance in Mexico City to oversee regional facilities operations and maintenance for luxury retail locations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all maintenance and repairs for the region, developing and implementing preservation strategies for all retail locations
  • Implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure operational stability and minimize service disruptions
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to anticipate potential failures and implement preventive actions to reduce economic impact
  • Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for maintenance in collaboration with Finance, Visual Merchandising, and General Management
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental regulations, and management of licenses and legal permits across all facilities
  • Coordinate with Store Planning and Maintenance teams on new store openings, renovations, and minor workflow repairs
  • Support procurement and vendor relationship management for facilities and maintenance services, including quotation review and budget optimization
  • Lead and manage store remodeling projects, new projects, and special projects from conception to completion within budgeted parameters
  • Protect store operational continuity during Store Planning projects, minimizing facility-related disruptions
  • Collaborate with General Management on office maintenance, repairs, and fixture/furniture replacement
  • Partner with Asset Protection and office management to establish facility access for new regional employees
  • Drive audit compliance with Internal Control teams for all facility and maintenance records
  • Identify and evaluate new opportunities for network expansion and improvement from a facilities perspective

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant facilities management or operations experience
  • Strong negotiation skills for vendor quotation management and budget optimization
  • Strategic planning and risk mitigation expertise
  • Advanced project management capabilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly in maintaining operational continuity during projects
  • Ability to deal with conflict, ambiguity, and work effectively under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
