Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP systems functions including vendor payment processing and invoice administration
  • Maintain vendor, store, and corporate finance partner relationships
  • Provide calendar management, travel arrangement, and expense support to the Regional Vice President
  • Coordinate regional projects, initiatives, and events with cross-functional teams
  • Support store renovation, opening, and inventory initiative execution
  • Assist Director of Operations with operational objectives and budget adherence
  • Monitor office facility maintenance and workspace functionality
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and communications with property management

Qualifications
