Louis Vuitton seeks an experienced Retail Sector Manager in Paris to lead store operations and drive luxury retail excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor Managers in their professional development and that of their teams, identifying collective and individual action plans
  • Identify talent, recruit quality collaborators, and establish succession plans in conjunction with the Store Director and HR team
  • Define individual and team-specific objectives; evaluate performance and manage proactively according to expectations
  • Foster team motivation and engagement to drive business results by creating a positive, harmonious work environment and encouraging cross-functional cooperation
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships by leveraging available tools and driving sales performance
  • Ensure optimal client service standards and support product category experts in their specializations
  • Communicate all relevant company strategy information to the team through daily briefings and training initiatives
  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance business activity and optimize sales performance
  • Monitor and drive the performance of multiple product categories within the department
  • Propose and implement innovative, high-impact action plans to sustain and develop performance in collaboration with category managers
  • Stay informed on competitive landscape and market trends
  • Serve as key point of contact for headquarters stakeholders, providing client feedback, product insights, and market intelligence
  • Ensure implementation and adherence to Louis Vuitton policies, standards, and procedures

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of retail management experience in the luxury sector
  • Demonstrated strong client sensitivity and customer-focused approach
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations and team management practices
  • Strong analytical capability with ability to communicate effectively across hierarchical and functional levels
  • Proven proactive mindset with capacity for strategic proposals and initiatives
  • Confirmed experience in team management with clear leadership presence and influence capability
