Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store, embodying Louis Vuitton’s values, heritage and creative vision.
- Welcome and orient clients on arrival, delivering a personalised and attentive reception.
- Present products and advise clients using knowledge of the collections and current trends.
- Perform gift packaging and ensure presentation standards are met.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, including hospitality gestures (e.g., serving refreshments).
- Support client retention through personalised follow-up and contribute to team operations and store initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrolled student in business, fashion, retail or an equivalent programme.
- Genuine passion for luxury goods and fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong listening ability.
- Commercial sense and a results-oriented mindset.
- Dynamism, team spirit and the capacity to take initiative.
- Adaptability and responsiveness in unforeseen situations.
- Proficiency in English.
