Louis Vuitton in Vienna seeks a part-time Retail Sales Advisor (weekends) to deliver bespoke client service and sell the full Louis Vuitton assortment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and support discerning national and international clients, delivering personalised, high-touch service.
- Sell the full Louis Vuitton assortment and provide styling and product expertise.
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and clienteling activities.
- Support in-store events such as collection changes, private appointments and product launches.
- Perform point-of-sale, cash handling and inventory procedures using the store's Warenwirtschaftssystem.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed vocational training or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in retail is an advantage but entry-level candidates may be considered.
- Polished, positive personal presentation with enthusiasm for luxury retail.
- Strong customer orientation and genuine enjoyment of selling.
- Team player with flexibility to work Friday and Saturday shifts.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages (Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Spanish) are a plus.

Experience
Entry-level; candidates with prior retail or luxury sales experience are preferred but not obligatory. Demonstrable client-facing experience will be considered an asset.
Education
Completed vocational training (Berufsausbildung) or equivalent.
