Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Quality Support Intern in Paris for a 6-month role beginning January 2027, supporting Central Retail Quality operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor product quality standards through KPI tracking and alert management for anomalies across Home & Lifestyle categories
  • Conduct quality inspections in warehouses and repair centers, including post-event piece verification and refresh requirement analysis
  • Provide operational support to multiple geographic zones and respond to client needs across EMEA
  • Track and pilot product refresh initiatives, coordinating with manufacturers and repair centers on repair timelines and quotations
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Production and Supply Chain teams to prioritize project deliverables
  • Contribute to the establishment of a dedicated EMEA cell for high-end product and Objets Nomades quality verification, including team training and progression monitoring
  • Support the comprehensive redesign of the Care Program & Quality system as part of continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in upper-level university, business school, or engineering program (Bac+4/5 equivalent or higher)
  • Ideally possesses foundational experience in quality management, supply chain, or customer service operations
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
  • Strong collaborative mindset with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across departments
