Role & Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the intensive 24-month structured learning program with three 8-month rotations across key retail functions
- Welcome clients and deliver best-in-class service aligned with Louis Vuitton brand standards
- Support team sales objectives and develop personal performance accountability
- Advise clients on product categories and provide personalized recommendations
- Develop long-term client relationships through effective clienteling and proactive follow-up
- Represent the program and retail group with credibility through strong brand and product knowledge
- Maintain company standards in grooming, behavior, and service excellence
- Act as a team player contributing to collective objectives and daily store operations
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across rotations
Qualifications
- Valid UAE Passport and UAE Family Book (mandatory requirement in support of UAE Government Emiratization initiative)
