Louis Vuitton Dubai seeks UAE Nationals for Taqadom Retail Program Trainee—24-month structured development in luxury retail operations and client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the intensive 24-month Taqadom Retail Program, completing three 8-month rotations across multiple retail functions
- Welcome clients and deliver premium service aligned with Louis Vuitton brand standards and expectations
- Support team sales objectives while developing personal accountability for individual performance metrics
- Advise clients on product categories and craft personalized recommendations based on client preferences and brand expertise
- Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling, follow-up communications, and proactive outreach initiatives
- Maintain strong brand and product knowledge to represent the luxury retail brand with credibility and authenticity
- Adhere to company standards regarding grooming, professional behavior, and service excellence across all operational contexts
- Act as a collaborative team member, contributing to collective store objectives and participating in daily operational activities
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines consistently throughout each rotation
Qualifications
- Valid UAE Passport and UAE Family Book (required for UAE Government Emiratization initiative)
- Strong client-centric mindset with demonstrated passion for service excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele
- Curious and agile mindset with genuine eagerness to learn and adapt in fast-paced luxury retail environments
- Comfort and enthusiasm for working across diverse retail settings and functional areas

Beginner-level retail experience or equivalent demonstrated passion for the luxury retail industry; prior formal retail experience is not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
