Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational and turnover KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Conduct in-depth data analyses across various retail KPIs to enhance client experience.
- Develop new reporting approaches for in-store coaching programs in collaboration with the Learning team.
- Promote internal tools and processes through the weekly internal Retail Magazine.
- Support the organization of workshops and training sessions to optimize store operations.
- Assist the Retail Performance team with ad hoc projects to enhance client experience.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and German; French is an asset.
- Availability for a 12-month internship or working student position.

Experience
Previous experience in a client-centric service environment is essential.
