Louis Vuitton is seeking a Retail Performance Projects Assistant to support customer experience initiatives, retail performance reporting and analysis, and regional community engagement. The six-month, full-time internship is based in Paris and starts in January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Communicate monthly VOICE customer satisfaction questionnaire results at regional and zone levels, proposing ideas to improve performance.
  • Coordinate the customer experience evaluation programme as the platform’s key contact, consolidating and proposing tool improvements, analysing results and identifying areas for improvement with Retail Training teams.
  • Monitor adoption of the waiting-time management tool to improve the employee and customer experience.
  • Help organise the annual Client Obsessed Awards, which recognise advisors who excel throughout the year in customer experience and client relationship development.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports.
  • Conduct ad hoc performance analyses of stores and sales advisors.
  • Analyse scheduling data to optimise resources.
  • Monitor commission trends to track business performance and ensure alignment with budget.
  • Prepare and lead monthly or twice-monthly meetings with regional contacts on specific topics, including performance and customer experience.
  • Collect and share best practices in customer experience engagement, performance monitoring and store team scheduling projects.
  • Contribute to the weekly Retail Newsletter.
  • Communicate project updates, including launches, adoption and improvements.
  • Work on other projects according to the candidate’s profile and interests.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at an engineering or business school, or an equivalent university qualification.
  • Retail experience, ideally in the luxury industry.
  • Excellent adaptability when working with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional project management context.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoys teamwork in an international environment; recognised for diligence and proactivity.
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with numerical data.
  • Excellent spoken and written French and English.

Retail experience; beginner level.

Education
