Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse KPIs and monitor sales and operational performance across the boutique network.
- Support day‑to‑day retail operations including the use and maintenance of performance monitoring tools.
- Coordinate and align activity with the EMEA team and respond to store requests on a daily basis.
- Manage budgetary processes for Head Office initiatives and the store network.
- Prepare the weekly newsletter: gather content, liaise with departments and organise distribution to boutiques.
- Support ongoing projects by preparing presentations, conducting ad‑hoc data analyses and organising meetings.
- Contribute to the definition of store objectives and initiatives to optimise client experience and store operations, including Care Service enhancements.
- Implement department projects and apply reporting processes to translate data into actionable insights.
Qualifications
- University degree in economics, business or a related discipline; a Master in Marketing or Finance is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and experience producing structured reports.
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Results‑oriented, able to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Agile, multi‑tasking team player with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Fluent English.
