Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Manager, Singapore. Drive operational excellence and optimize KPIs across South Asian retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and manage six new KPIs across the retail journey, ensuring consistency and alignment with worldwide standards
- Oversee zone animation to ensure optimum performance based on defined KPIs and conduct weekly performance analysis and reporting
- Lead Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) productivity analysis against square meter metrics to enhance workforce efficiency
- Manage the rostering process to ensure optimal staff deployment across all retail locations
- Oversee floor management activities and ensure smooth daily operations and efficient sales environments
- Ensure store activities align with business goals and maintain high standards of excellence across the region
- Support the evolution of the commission system and analyse its impact on team motivation and performance outcomes
- Lead and manage client experience programs, including Dare to Delight and Voice initiatives, to ensure superior customer satisfaction
- Manage execution of the Standards of Excellence project, ensuring retail locations exceed company standards
- Provide ongoing support to retail teams through structure analysis, team assessments, and performance optimization guidance
- Oversee implementation and operationalization of RFID systems to streamline inventory management and sales processes
- Drive improvements in X-store systems and ensure seamless integration of One ID, Journey, and Welcome platforms within the retail environment
- Collaborate with LV NEO, finance, supply chain, and omni-channel teams to ensure operational compliance and alignment with global standards
- Manage SOCP updates and training processes to ensure full adherence to operational procedures across all retail teams
- Develop and manage internal communications, including retail newsletters and team updates on performance metrics and best practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience with focus on performance optimization and operations
- Proven expertise in retail KPIs, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated experience leading teams, conducting performance assessments, and implementing operational improvements
- Strong track record managing floor operations, rostering, and retail performance in high-volume environments
- Proven success leading client experience programs and fostering customer satisfaction initiatives
- Proficiency with data analytics tools and retail management software
- Experience managing large-scale operational and systems implementation projects

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail management experience with demonstrated focus on performance optimization and operational efficiency. Candidates should possess proven expertise in managing floor operations, rostering processes, and retail performance metrics in fast-paced, high-volume luxury retail environments. Prior experience with retail management systems, client experience program leadership, and cross-functional team collaboration is essential.
