Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Manager in Seoul, South Korea—lead sales analytics, forecasting, and incentive management for luxury retail operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across all retail locations, tracking key performance metrics and trends
  • Support sales forecasting, commercial target setting, and store allocation aligned with business objectives and annual growth targets
  • Develop, execute, and manage product and event-based incentive schemes, calculating and tracking payouts for various campaigns and staff categories
  • Oversee store and staff KPI tracking, consolidate incentive results, and coordinate payroll-related inquiries with Human Resources
  • Manage retail budgeting including operational expenses, expense submissions, and accrual management
  • Coordinate target allocation for new product collections and major retail events in collaboration with Merchandising and Retail teams
  • Prepare materials and performance data for store manager meetings, providing insights for strategic planning and reviews
  • Act as central point of contact for retail performance reporting and analysis, fostering collaboration across Retail, HR, Finance, CRM, and Merchandising departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail performance analysis, commercial planning, or retail operations within a luxury environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with demonstrable experience in performance reporting and data visualization
  • Strong command of English and Korean
  • Experience with retail performance reporting systems and automated reporting tools
  • Proven expertise in incentive design or retail payroll support
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
