Louis Vuitton is seeking expressions of interest for future Retail Performance Manager opportunities in its Germany and Austria region, based at its Munich head office. The role drives retail excellence through data analysis, actionable insights, operational improvement, and cross-functional implementation. It is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain retail performance dashboards and reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV, inventory health, and operational KPIs.
- Analyze retail data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Use statistical modeling and predictive analytics to forecast retail performance and assess the impact of strategic initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement operational best practices and standard operating procedures to improve store efficiency and consistency.
- Support the rollout and adoption of retail technologies and tools, ensuring effective integration and use by store teams, including Timesquare.
- Translate analytical findings and operational assessments into actionable recommendations for retail leadership and store teams.
- Lead or support pilot programs for operational initiatives or analytical tools, including Polaris, measuring their impact and scaling successful approaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain, Training, and Marketing, to align and execute retail strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to regional and store management as a subject matter expert in retail analytics and operational procedures.
- Develop training materials and deliver sessions on operational processes, tools, and analytical insights to foster a data-driven culture.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify root causes, and derive strategic insights.
- Deep understanding of retail operational processes, challenges, and best practices across store functions.
- Advanced proficiency in the LV platform for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in BI and data visualization tools, such as Power BI.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, such as Xstore, and operational planning tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, including change management in a retail environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
