Louis Vuitton (Paris) is hiring an Alternance Retail Performance Management Intern (EMEA) — 12‑month apprenticeship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Excellence EMEA team to optimise operational and commercial performance across the store network.
- Contribute to deployment of new retail tools (Customer Experience, Operations, Omnichannel): plan tests, support regional rollouts, produce communications and training, and escalate issues and improvement requests.
- Collect, analyse and present customer feedback to inform improvements to the client experience and Care service.
- Compile, analyse and report quantitative store KPIs for the EMEA zone; identify trends and needs.
- Produce a monthly Retail Newsletter with impactful content in coordination with Head Office functions (Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, Store Planning, Internal Control, Quality, etc.).
- Coordinate with regional stores, country correspondents and HQ stakeholders (Supply Chain, Finance, Training, IT, Care Service) to deliver cross‑functional projects and follow‑up actions.
Qualifications
- Master's level education (Bac+5) — business school, engineering school or equivalent university degree.
- Proven experience in retail (internships, part‑time or prior roles) demonstrating practical understanding of store operations.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with an ability to present findings clearly.
- Excellent organisational skills, rigor and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with ease in stakeholder relations and cross‑departmental coordination.

Experience
Previous hands‑on retail experience is required; internships or part‑time work in store operations or retail projects are valued. Experience analysing store KPIs and handling cross‑functional coordination is an advantage.
Education
Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school or equivalent university programme.
