Louis Vuitton Italia seeks a recent graduate for an internship within the Retail department, ideally with prior collaborative experience in this field. The intern will report to the Retail Performance Manager and be involved across all team activities, with particular focus on KPI analysis, performance monitoring of boutiques, operational support using performance tracking tools, EMEA coordination, and daily store request management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse KPIs and monitor performance metrics across all boutiques
- Support operational management of retail performance activities and initiatives
- Utilize digital performance monitoring tools for tracking boutique performance
- Coordinate and align activities with the EMEA team
- Manage day-to-day store requests and inquiries
- Oversee budget allocation for Head Office and network stores
- Develop and coordinate weekly newsletters with internal departments to communicate content to boutiques
- Support ongoing projects through presentation preparation, bespoke data analysis, and meeting organization
- Assist in defining store performance targets and objectives
- Support boutiques in delivering exceptional client experiences through operational optimization and Care Service enhancement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics or business-related disciplines
- Master's specialization in Marketing or Finance (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical capabilities and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
