Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Performance Assistant to support the EMEA region's retail operations and customer experience initiatives. Over a six-month internship, the candidate will contribute to performance tracking, customer satisfaction analysis, and cross-functional project coordination across multiple retail locations. This role combines data analysis, stakeholder management, and operational support within a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Communicate monthly customer satisfaction (VOICE) results at regional and zonal levels, proposing actionable improvements to performance metrics
  • Administer and enhance the customer experience evaluation platform through tool optimization, improvement request consolidation, and results analysis in collaboration with retail training teams
  • Monitor adoption of queue management systems to improve both employee and customer experience
  • Contribute to the organization of annual Client Obsessed Awards recognizing excellence in customer experience and client relationship development
  • Build and distribute weekly performance reports analyzing store and sales associate metrics
  • Conduct targeted performance analyses for individual stores and sales consultants
  • Analyze workforce planning data to optimize resource allocation and scheduling
  • Track commission trends to monitor business development and budget alignment
  • Organize and facilitate monthly or bi-monthly regional partner meetings focused on performance management and customer experience strategy
  • Collect and disseminate best practices related to customer experience management, performance tracking, and in-store team planning
  • Contribute to weekly Retail Newsletter preparation and project communication campaigns

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Master's programme in engineering school, business school, or equivalent university qualification
  • Prior retail experience, ideally within the luxury sector
  • Strong capacity to adapt across multiple stakeholder environments and manage cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative mindset suited to international team environments
  • Strong analytical thinking with demonstrated comfort working with quantitative data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data consultation
  • Near-fluent French (written and spoken)
  • Near-fluent English (written and spoken)
