Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, edit and analyse quantitative and qualitative store performance indicators (team performance KPIs, customer verbatims) and prepare clear presentations for stakeholders.
- Produce and distribute the weekly internal newsletter (“Retail Magazine”) for the store network.
- Support retail projects: assist store teams with adoption of front-end tools, create tutorials, and prepare customer-experience workshops.
- Draft and maintain guidelines to ensure consistency between store operations and France strategic objectives.
- Manage access requests, orders and support for retail portals for store directors and managers.
- Act as liaison between stores and regional/global HQ teams to escalate Quality and Care Services information and collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher‑education programme (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Management, Retail, Data Analysis or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and synthesising abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Proactive, adaptable and service‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, notably Excel (VLOOKUP and PivotTables at minimum).
- Prior exposure to luxury retail or store operations is a plus.

Entry‑level / apprenticeship. Suitable for candidates at the beginning of their professional career; a first internship or work experience in luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme in Business, Management, Retail, Data Analysis or a related field (apprenticeship/alternance).
