Louis Vuitton Retail Performance & Learning Intern, Singapore – 6-month full-time internship supporting client experience and learning initiatives across retail stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and support the Client Experience Ambassador community, highlighting KPI achievements and opportunities to exceed client expectations through metrics such as Dare to Delight and VOICE
- Assist in organizing and implementing the LV Art of Selling program in-stores and provide alignment tools with company values and client service standards
- Extract, monitor, and report on six key performance indicators; define data formats and structure for store reporting
- Ensure harmonization of quarterly uniform ordering and maintain consistent service standards and refreshment protocols across all stores
- Liaise with back-office teams to follow up on operational tasks, provide feedback on tools, and partner with zone counterparts for timely execution
- Organize learning workshops from planning through sign-up, communication, and follow-up; assess return on investment in stores
- Support planning and execution of learning programs such as the Experts Academy across Singapore and Malaysia locations
- Maintain constant communication with Singapore stores and departments to optimize alignment on key projects and initiatives
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendor setup and payment processing
- Prepare weekly performance reports detailing Client Experience and operational overviews to guide store follow-up actions
Qualifications
- Experience in project administration or coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving
- Capacity to develop and implement process improvements
