Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Client Experience Ambassadors community by compiling KPI overviews, identifying in‑store opportunities to exceed client expectations (e.g., Dare to Delight, VOICE), and recommending follow‑up actions.
  • Assist the Learning Community with the implementation and roll‑out of LV Art of Selling and the Experts Academy across Singapore and Malaysia stores.
  • Extract, monitor and present 6KPIs data; design reporting templates and deliver timely store performance reports.
  • Coordinate uniform quarterly order processes and help harmonize service standards (including refreshments and level of service) across the store network.
  • Liaise with back‑of‑house teams, zone counterparts and external vendors to ensure smooth operations, timely payments and alignment on project deliverables.
  • Plan and administer learning workshops: scheduling, communications, sign‑ups, execution support and post‑session follow‑up to assess ROI.
  • Prepare weekly operational and client experience reports summarizing progress, issues and improvement opportunities for stores and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Available for a full‑time, six‑month internship from July to December 2026 based in Singapore (Ngee Ann City).
  • Prior experience in project administration or coordination, including organizing events or learning activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, retail environment and able to prioritise multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe; demonstrable aptitude for producing clear reports and presentations.
