Louis Vuitton Retail Performance & Learning Intern in Brussels, Belgium. 6–12 month PIONEERS internship supporting retail operations and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Retail Performance Coordinator to analyze store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute data-driven insights aimed at enhancing team and store efficiency
- Assist with the design and implementation of tools and strategies for improving in-store experience, performance tracking, and client service delivery
- Support the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports monitoring and evaluating retail operations
- Support stores on budget creation, supplier coordination, order placement, and SAP system follow-up
- Support the weekly planning and agenda of the Retail Director
- Support stores on incident and service requests through creation and follow-up
- Help design and prepare training materials and resources for in-store and virtual learning sessions
- Support the learning team on booking travel and accommodation for Louis Vuitton employees attending regional trainings
- Track and evaluate the impact of coaching and training initiatives using KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and measurable results
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Supply, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field
- Internship agreement provided by university (mandatory)
- Strong command of English
- Excellent proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Demonstrated sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn are essential.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field.
