Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze store performance data in partnership with the Retail Performance Coordinator to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and contribute to daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards to monitor retail KPIs and store efficiency.
• Support the design and implementation of tools and processes to enhance in-store experience, service delivery and performance tracking.
• Assist stores with budget and supplier administration, including placement and follow-up of orders in the SAP system.
• Manage operational tasks for the Retail Director, including weekly planning and agenda support.
• Create and follow up on incident and service requests raised by stores.
• Design and prepare training materials and resources for both in-store and virtual learning sessions.
• Support logistical arrangements for trainings across the region (travel and accommodation bookings) and help track the impact of coaching and training initiatives using KPI measurement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Human Resources, Retail Management or related field; mandatory internship agreement provided by the university.
• Strong command of English; knowledge of a regional language (Dutch, French, Nordic languages or Polish) is advantageous.
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience or strong interest in data analysis, KPI tracking and retail reporting.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks to deadlines.
• Proactive, service-minded team player with a demonstrable sense of ownership and eagerness to learn.

Entry-level position for a Bachelor’s or Master’s student; previous internships or coursework in retail operations, data analysis, HR or learning & development are advantageous but not required.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Human Resources, Retail Management or a related discipline (internship agreement required).
