Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for retail performance across South Asia, translating business objectives into KPI-driven plans to improve operational efficiency and financial results.
- Design, implement and oversee a region-wide learning & development strategy, including sales technique, client care and leadership programs tailored to market needs.
- Lead the regional rollout and governance of the Maison’s Dare to Delight client experience program, ensuring KPIs are defined, tracked and met by retail teams.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and analytics to identify trends, growth opportunities and areas requiring intervention; present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor the Retail Learning team and retail leadership to instill a continuous coaching culture and elevate frontline capabilities.
- Partner closely with Country Leadership, HR, merchandising and operations to align L&D and performance initiatives with commercial priorities and change programmes.
- Manage regional projects and change initiatives end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, adoption and measurable impact across markets; travel across South Asia as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in retail; 15+ years preferred with demonstrable senior leadership within luxury retail or a comparable premium retail environment.
- Proven track record driving commercial growth through performance analytics and targeted L&D interventions.
- Strong leadership with excellent influencing, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills at regional or multi-country level.
- Expertise in KPI definition, performance measurement and translating data into actionable commercial initiatives.
- Demonstrable experience designing and delivering high-impact training programmes across sales, client experience and leadership.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the South Asia region.

Minimum 10 years of relevant retail experience; 15+ years preferred, with significant leadership responsibility in luxury retail performance and learning & development at regional or multi-country level.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, education, retail management or a related field; a master’s degree or advanced certification in L&D, organisational development or business is preferred.
