Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Operations Specialist in Seoul to drive operational excellence across the Korea retail network. On-site, full-time position supporting store operations and retail projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Operation Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing Retail Operation projects and operation excellence initiatives across the Korea retail network
- Assist in operational process optimization by consolidating store feedback, tracking progress, preparing materials, and following up on implementation with store teams
- Support transversal and omni-channel retail operation projects and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for headquarters and local initiatives
- Support store operations team development activities by preparing relevant data, maintaining trackers, and assisting with follow-up materials
- Prepare store operation team meetings and support operating best practice communities and compliance routines
- Provide daily operations support for Korea stores, including store supplies, packaging, brass care, beauty engraving, security guard, cleaning, and maintenance coordination
- Support store projects such as opening, closing, renovation, and Beauty-related store initiatives in collaboration with Store Operations teams
- Support regional and local event operations by coordinating operational preparation, store and event team communication, vendor follow-up, and post-event operational feedback
- Coordinate operation-related vendor management and purchase order follow-up
- Maintain and publish compliance materials, including newsletters, store operation manuals, and audit follow-up documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, store operations, retail support, project coordination, or a related function
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and ability to translate store needs into practical support actions
- Solid project coordination skills with the ability to manage trackers, timelines, meeting materials, and follow-up items
- Comfortable supporting operational process improvement, compliance routines, store projects, and vendor coordination
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with Power BI, Qlik, store operation systems, or retail reporting tools is preferred
- Fluent written and verbal communication in Korean and English

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations, store operations, retail support, project coordination, or a related function. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
