Louis Vuitton seeks a commercially minded Retail Operations Lead for its Palazzo store in Las Vegas. This full-time, permanent, on-site role supports the Operations Manager with team leadership, operational training, store systems, inventory, financial operations, policies, and client care; compensation is $28–$37 per hour plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support training on operational procedures and communication systems.
- Foster a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration among team members and managers.
- Support the Store Operations Manager in leading and mentoring the team.
- Encourage the achievement of operational objectives and provide strong operational support to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Represent Louis Vuitton's brand values and demonstrate its expected attitudes toward clients and team members.
- Oversee service excellence.
- Manage selling activities and the sales floor.
- Oversee store facilities and systems.

Qualifications
