Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain back‑of‑house efficiency to support seamless front‑of‑house client service.
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stock control, cycle counts and replenishment.
- Coordinate repairs, after‑sales requests and liaise with central operations or ateliers as required.
- Operate store systems and maintain accurate records for stock, client orders and returns.
- Support financial tasks related to operations such as stock reconciliations and basic cash procedures.
- Ensure store facilities, supplies and equipment are maintained to brand standards.
