Role & Responsibilities

• Participate in and monitor cross-departmental retail projects, including roadmap development and coordination with regional markets
• Conduct validation testing of new tools and process functionalities to ensure quality and readiness for deployment
• Support change management initiatives and communication efforts with different geographic markets
• Identify and analyze opportunities for tool enhancement to elevate client and user experience
• Contribute to strategic planning and innovation workshops focused on Design Thinking methodologies
• Facilitate the launch of new tools or features and track adoption metrics across regional zones

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent program with specialization in project management, retail, information systems, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile) and Design Thinking processes preferred
• Fluent in both French and English, written and oral
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, continuously evolving environment with strong adaptability to change
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple departments

Skills

Experience

Beginner-level professional with strong motivation and ambition to excel within an iconic luxury maison. Prior retail or store experience is advantageous but not required.

Education

Student in a business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent program with specialization in project management, retail, information systems, or related domain.
