6-month retail operations internship at Louis Vuitton Paris, supporting cross-functional projects and AI deployment. Students with project management or retail background preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in and monitor cross-functional retail projects, including roadmap development and strategic initiative planning
- Conduct validation testing for new tools and process functionalities to ensure quality and usability
- Support change management communications and regional market coordination for project rollouts
- Research and analyze opportunities to enhance tools and digital solutions that improve customer and user experiences
- Collaborate on strategic planning sessions and innovation workshops focused on Design Thinking methodologies
- Partner with regional coordinators to ensure effective adoption and implementation of new tools across all zones
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent institution
- Specialization in project management, retail operations, information systems, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken
- Strong communication, active listening, and collaborative teamwork abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Design Thinking processes is advantageous
- Prior retail or store experience is valued
