Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate daily retail data and information for reporting, liaising with cross-departmental and cross-regional stakeholders.
- Support planning and execution of large-scale retail events and in-store workshops, including vendor selection, coordination and on-site assistance.
- Manage and track retail expenses and related documentation to support budgeting and reconciliation.
- Prepare clear management presentations and summaries using PowerPoint and Excel; maintain organised administrative files.
- Perform ad-hoc retail office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and event readiness.
Qualifications
- Available to work on-site in Shanghai 3–4 days per week, including Sunday afternoons.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (PPT); strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Prior exposure to event management or retail operations is advantageous.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience
No specific minimum experience required; prior internships or part‑time roles in retail, events or administrative support are beneficial and will be considered an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a university degree programme (undergraduate or graduate) in business, fashion, marketing, communications or a related discipline is preferred.
