Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Merchandisers responsible for the footwear category (men’s or women’s) in daily operational follow-up: share information with regional zones, enter orders and manage stock transfers.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of collection performance, including end‑of‑season reviews, buy debriefs and competitor benchmarking.
- Support the structuring of seasonal assortments and larger collection strategy in collaboration with Buying and Marketing teams.
- Prepare presentation materials for buying sessions, business reviews and product briefs.
- Participate in showroom activities and provide operational support to stores during launches and merchandising events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or equivalent university programme.
- Strong interest in fashion and the luxury goods sector, with curiosity for product detail and market dynamics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and confident use of Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, rigorous approach to data and reporting, with professional presentation skills.
- Dynamic, relationship‑oriented team player comfortable working in an international environment; fluent English required.
