Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Merchandisers responsible for network activity monitoring or a specific product category within Men's Leather Goods & Travel.
- Analyze performance across product lines, stores, countries and zones to support assortment and allocation decisions.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the retail network, responding to commercial requests and operational needs.
- Contribute to the preparation and launch of each collection, including the development of training materials and commercial offers.
- Participate in buying sessions and business reviews, and attend showroom presentations to inform purchasing decisions.
- Collect and synthesise product feedback from markets on new launches and seasonal collections.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market watch to inform category strategy and collection structuring.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a business school, fashion school, or equivalent university programme.
- Strong sensitivity to fashion and the luxury sector, with a pronounced curiosity for product.
- Rigorous organisation, excellent prioritisation skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Developed analytical mindset with high numerical fluency.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English.

Entry‑level — open to students and recent graduates with limited professional experience; prior internships in retail, merchandising, buying or product marketing are a plus.
Education
Fourth or fifth year student in business, fashion, or a related university programme (undergraduate/Grande École level).
