Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Merchandisers responsible for the women's accessories category in daily category management and assortment structuring.
- Monitor commercial activity and execute steering actions: share information with regional markets, process orders, and manage inter‑store transfers.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative performance analyses of collections (end‑of‑season reviews, buying debriefs, competitor benchmarking).
- Prepare presentation materials for buying sessions, business reviews and product briefs.
- Support showroom activities and provide operational support to stores and market teams.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of collection structuring and assortment strategies in coordination with Purchasing and Marketing.
Qualifications
- Current student in a business school, engineering school or equivalent university programme (apprenticeship/alternance eligible).
- Strong affinity for fashion and the luxury sector with genuine product curiosity.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable preparing analyses and presentations.
- Fluent English (verbal and written) for daily interaction in an international environment.
- Methodical, rigorous and dynamic with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
