Louis Vuitton seeks Retail Merchandiser for Men's Collections in France & Monaco. Lead product strategy, optimize store assortment, and manage retail network performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyse sales performance to identify commercial opportunities and establish merchandising priorities across the France & Monaco network
  • Optimize product assortment for each store based on commercial potential and customer profile alignment
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs); communicate objectives and action plans to store management
  • Conduct continuous market surveillance including competitor benchmarking and emerging category trends; share findings with zonal merchandising teams
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the retail network on assigned product categories and collections
  • Conduct regular store visits to gather on-ground feedback, monitor local trends, and assess competitive positioning
  • Provide product support to stores and escalate territory-specific requirements to zonal management
  • Develop and deliver training sessions on new collections and prioritized focus areas
  • Lead go-to-market initiatives in cross-functional collaboration with clienteling, visual merchandising, operations, supply chain, and learning functions
  • Support client-facing activations, store openings, and pop-in/pop-up events
  • Participate in Resee showrooms: collect customer feedback and monitor order follow-up
  • Attend regional product presentations to direct distribution choices and assortment selection based on commercial potential
  • Engage category experts and stylists in collection review and feedback collection

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent in marketing and distribution (Bac+4/5 or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in merchandising, category management, or product management
  • Luxury or fashion sector experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and network-leadership skills
  • Proven ability to federate and motivate cross-functional teams
