Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Marketing Project Manager in Paris to lead High-End category activations (Watches & Fine Jewelry) across international retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the Retail Marketing calendar aligned with product launch plans and commercial strategy; oversee worldwide product launches and existing collection animations at a global scale
- Coordinate project delivery with Marketing, Merchandising, Learning, and Geographic Zone teams; conceptualize new Retail Marketing initiatives and present recommendations to internal teams and market stakeholders
- Develop design briefs in collaboration with external agencies and specialized partners; ensure editorial quality, retail audience relevance, and business alignment of all content
- Design and coordinate High-End category-specific content (Watchmaking and Fine Jewelry); develop sales enablement tools and store activation packages including One Pagers, Daily Moments, and video assets
- Maintain expert knowledge of High-End product categories, craftsmanship, industry standards, sales protocols, and client experience frameworks
- Define and implement a Retail community engagement calendar; translate content into store-deployable formats supporting sales team adoption and internal platform activation
- Organize and lead retail community events including webinars, virtual meetings, labs, seminars, showrooms, and specialized training sessions
- Monitor High-End category performance and Retail KPIs; gather and analyze feedback from Retail, Merchandising, and Zone teams to inform continuous improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, retail, or project management, ideally within the luxury sector
- University-level degree in commerce, marketing, communication, or equivalent discipline
- Demonstrated sensitivity and expertise in Watchmaking and Fine Jewelry categories
- Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional coordination capabilities
- Rigorous attention to detail, analytical mindset, and structured problem-solving approach
- Strong content conception, copywriting, and creative production competencies
- Fluent in French and English

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, retail, or project management, preferably within the luxury goods sector. Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional retail marketing initiatives and content development programs.
Education
University-level degree in commerce, marketing, communication, or equivalent professional qualification.
