Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Marketing Manager on initiatives for Women’s Leather Goods and hardsided trunks (malles).
- Contribute to conceptualization and delivery of new Learning & Marketing projects and participate in ongoing project monitoring and corrective actions.
- Consolidate information and prepare executive-ready presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Support creation and improvement of training content for product launches and assist in organising training sessions (Zoom, webinars, in-person).
- Maintain and update performance dashboards, deliver KPIs with concise syntheses to managers and perform data mining to extract insights for projects.
- Contribute to ad hoc activities such as coordination of visual and video shoots and cross-departmental project work.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of a business school or pursuing a Master’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Strong sensitivity to the luxury sector and brand codes.
- First experience in retail sales is a plus.
- High level of organization, reliability and autonomy.
- Intellectual flexibility, curiosity and adaptability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in French and English.

Experience
Beginner level — suitable for students in later undergraduate years or early postgraduate studies. Prior retail sales or marketing internship experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (2nd–3rd year) or Master’s programme in business, marketing or a related discipline.
