Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24‑month rotational program comprising: Retail & Client Discovery (6 months), Business Exposure at corporate functions (6 months), and Store Management Expedition (12 months).
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that reflect the Maison’s standards and brand heritage.
- Lead and contribute to regional and corporate projects, driving initiatives from conception through execution.
- Analyse commercial performance and translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve store results.
- Support and develop team performance—coaching peers, modelling leadership behaviours and championing operational excellence.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders (Client Development, Retail Performance and others) to inform strategic decision‑making.
- Demonstrate adaptability and innovation within fast‑paced retail environments while safeguarding brand integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or international equivalent.
- Minimum two years of professional experience demonstrating leadership potential and measurable responsibility.
- Fluency in English required.
- Available to commence full‑time, on‑site in Mumbai by September 2026.
- Demonstrable passion for Louis Vuitton and luxury client experience.
- Resilience, intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset with a strong results orientation.
