Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a 24-month rotational programme comprising retail placements and corporate assignments to develop a 360° understanding of the métier.
- Deliver exceptional client experience through direct client-facing duties in-store, including client relations and personalised service.
- Lead small team activities and retail projects during store rotations, practising team and project management under store leadership.
- Contribute to cross-functional corporate projects to gain exposure to merchandising, operations, clienteling and business strategy.
- Participate in regional initiatives across the North Asia zone and engage in mentorship, formal learning and community events within the HORIZONS network.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or up to five years of professional experience; demonstrable ambition for a career in luxury retail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) and/or Korean strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
- High level of accountability, self-motivation and demonstrated resilience in fast-paced environments.
- Available to work on-site in Macau for the duration of the programme and able to participate in regional activities.
