Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a 24-month rotational programme with staged placements: 6 months in-store (Retail & Client Discovery), 6 months at the corporate office (Business Exposure), and 12 months in-store (Store Management Expedition).
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through direct client interaction and clienteling, contributing to store KPIs and loyalty initiatives.
- Partner with Client Relations & Experience, Retail Operations and cross-functional teams to design and execute commercial and operational projects.
- Undertake people and project management responsibilities during retail rotations, including coaching, shift leadership and participation in regional initiatives.
- Engage in mentorship, learning modules and the HORIZONS global community to prepare for accelerated leadership roles within store management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Minimum two years of professional experience with demonstrable leadership potential; retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Permanent authorization to work in Malaysia and availability to start full-time on-site in Kuala Lumpur by September 2026.
