Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Management Trainee in Bangkok for the 24-month HORIZONS programme starting Sep 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Complete a 24-month HORIZONS rotational programme combining on-the-floor retail placements and corporate assignments to develop a 360° understanding of the business.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through direct client engagement, sales activity and personalised service during retail rotations.
- Lead small teams and retail projects in-store, including staff coaching, daily operations, visual standards and performance management.
- Contribute to corporate projects for six-month placements, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Client Relations & Experience, Retail Operations and other corporate functions).
- Participate in regional initiatives across the South Asia zone and represent the Maison in challenge days and leadership workshops.
- Engage in mentorship and structured development activities; translate learnings into implementable improvements in-store operations and client journeys.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with demonstrable leadership potential; retail or client-facing experience strongly preferred.
- Permanent authorization to work in Thailand and availability to start full-time on-site in Bangkok by September 2026.
- Fluency in English (business proficiency) required.
- Genuine passion for Louis Vuitton and for building a long-term career in luxury retail.
- Resilience, intellectual curiosity, accountability and a results-oriented mindset.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with evidence of leadership potential and prior client-facing or retail exposure preferred.
Education
