Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics flows between warehouses and the network of 24 stores in France and Monaco, including deliveries, transfers, product requests and returns.
• Manage transport and exceptional requests (pickups, removals) and liaise with carriers and warehouse partners.
• Monitor and enhance in‑store stock accuracy: prepare monthly KPI reporting (discrepancies, product condition), reconcile stock statements and address SAP stock errors.
• Support planning and execution of cycle and fiscal inventories (scheduling, tools, reinforcement coordination).
• Collect operational needs and disseminate best practices across stores via newsletters and stock seminars; design and follow up on improvement themes and supporting materials.
• Assist the Head of Retail Operations with supplier orders, meeting organisation and day‑to‑day operational requests; contribute to openings, seasonal closures and new logistics projects.
• Develop cross‑functional relationships with internal teams (Supply Chain Europe, Finance, RPM, Marketing, Warehouses) to support project implementation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (business school, engineering school or Master in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transport).
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• High reliability, proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills adapted to the luxury retail environment.
• Excellent command of Excel; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
• Organisational rigour and ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder operation.

Experience

Entry‑level. The role is designed for a student in a work‑study programme; no prior professional experience is required though prior internships or exposure to retail/logistics operations will be considered an advantage.

Current enrolment in a Bac+4/5 programme (business school, engineering school or Master in Logistics / Supply Chain / Transport).
