Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Retail Operations France in daily operational tasks for a network of 24 stores across France and Monaco.
• Coordinate daily flows between warehouses and stores for all product categories (deliveries, transfers, product requests and returns).
• Manage transport-related operations including pickups, exceptional requests and coordination with logistics partners.
• Monitor and improve in‑store stock accuracy: produce monthly KPI reports (discrepancies, aging stock), investigate negative stock and SAP errors.
• Assist in planning and organising cycle and fiscal inventories (scheduling, tools, temporary reinforcements).
• Collect store needs and disseminate best practices (newsletters, stock meetings), define project themes and create supporting materials.
• Contribute to store openings and seasonal closures by anticipating requirements, coordinating deliveries/removals and setting up initial stock in collaboration with Retail Performance.
• Provide operational assistance (supplier orders, meeting organisation, store requisitions) and act as a primary contact for store stock queries.
• Participate in new logistics projects and liaise with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain Europe, Finance, RPM, Marketing, warehouses).

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master's level) at a Business School, Engineering School or Master in Logistics / Supply Chain (transport).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• High reliability, strong sense of initiative and propositional mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of luxury retail standards.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

Entry-level. Targeted at students in a Bac+4/5 programme; previous internships in logistics, retail operations or supply chain are advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Bac+4/5 (Master's level) — Business School, Engineering School or Master's in Logistics / Supply Chain (transport).
