Louis Vuitton Retail Learning Manager in Brussels—design and deliver learning programs across Benelux, Nordics, and Poland to drive commercial performance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute learning priorities and coach store teams through frequent in-store visits, collaborating with Field Coach Trainers to address specific regional and store-level needs
  • Develop and implement individual coaching plans for Store Managers and team members following comprehensive gap analysis, focusing on selling skills and client experience enhancement
  • Facilitate product learning initiatives including new collections and launches in partnership with the Merchandising team, leveraging role-play and floor coaching to optimize cross-selling capabilities
  • Drive and manage learning coordination, onboarding consistency, and delivery of established corporate retail programs in collaboration with HR and central Learning teams
  • Monitor and assess the quality, impact, and retention of all in-store learning activities through follow-up observations and performance feedback to Store Management teams
  • Support retail performance management by developing actionable improvement plans based on Client Experience Benchmark and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Mentor and develop Field Coach Trainers, providing guidelines and support for special projects such as store openings across the network
  • Maintain regular communication and visibility with Store Management teams regarding learning progress, required actions, and performance concerns

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of substantial professional experience as a Retail Trainer or in a managerial retail store role within a brand-driven, fast-paced luxury, fashion, or hospitality environment
  • Proven significant experience designing and delivering comprehensive learning programs including inductions, briefings, and in-store training initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching and managing by influence at all organizational levels
  • Strong verbal communication skills with ability to deliver constructive feedback across hierarchies
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluent command of English; knowledge of at least one regional language (Dutch, Nordic, or Polish) is advantageous
