Retail Learning Manager at Louis Vuitton in Brussels, Belgium – design and deliver learning programs for Benelux, Nordics & Poland stores.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute learning priorities in collaboration with Field Coach Trainers according to the specific needs of each store
- Foster and develop a culture of in-store coaching across the region
- Observe client interactions during store visits and support Field Coach Trainers and Store Managers in coaching individual team members
- Support Store Managers in building individual coaching plans following gap analysis and coaching teams on selling skills
- Provide ongoing feedback to Store Managers and HR on individual team member performance and progress
- Support retail performance management by developing concrete action plans to improve client satisfaction benchmarks
- Drive key learning initiatives through active in-store coaching and positive recognition
- Ensure Store Management teams have full visibility on learning activities and make recommendations as needed
- Manage and monitor the quality and impact of in-store learning through frequent store visits and follow-up with Field Coach Trainers
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate established Louis Vuitton retail learning programs
- Facilitate product learning including new launches and develop silhouette-building skills combining product information with selling techniques
- Partner with Central and Zone Learning teams in implementing and assessing corporate programs
- Nurture Field Coach Trainers and provide coaching and guidelines as necessary
- Participate in special projects including store openings and support Field Coach Trainers in country-level initiatives
- Encourage Field Coach Trainers to maintain client focus and gather first-hand sales floor insights to identify learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Substantial experience as Retail Trainer or in a managerial role within a highly brand-driven and fast-paced retail company
- Proven significant experience in learning delivery including inductions, briefings, and in-store learning programs
- Demonstrated experience in coaching others
- Bachelor degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 5 years in retail training or a managerial retail role within a brand-driven, fast-paced company, ideally in the fashion, luxury, accessories, or hospitality industry. Proven significant experience in learning delivery and coaching others in a multicultural environment.
Education
Bachelor degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
