Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional learning, HR and retail stakeholders to ensure learning content aligns with current policies, procedures and brand guidelines.
- Plan and coordinate the learning calendar for new hires in partnership with regional learning managers and retail teams.
- Own and execute New Hire learning classes, delivering high-quality onboarding sessions for store teams.
- Design, maintain and improve training resources — including facilitator guides, manuals and presentation materials — to enhance the learner experience.
- Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness using post-training follow-up and in-store tracking; implement continuous improvements to learning tools and methods.
- Build internal networks and engage stakeholders to create an enduring learning environment across the retail organisation.
Qualifications
- University degree (Bachelor's level or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail learning, training or learning & development roles.
- Proven ability to design and deliver classroom-based onboarding and training for retail teams.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, with learning agility and a growth mindset.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in retail learning, training or L&D, with direct responsibility for onboarding and classroom delivery for store teams.
Education
University degree (Bachelor's or equivalent).
