Louis Vuitton seeks a Retail Learning Advisor in Madrid for a temporary practicum role coordinating training and onboarding across its Mediterranean retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions in both in-person and virtual formats, managing invitations, registrations, participant selection, and attendance tracking
- Organize all logistics for training programs including venues, meeting rooms, materials, equipment, catering, hotel accommodations, and entertainment
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records of training paths, certifications, and completion rates
- Prepare and distribute pre- and post-training materials, troubleshoot technical issues for virtual sessions, and collect participant feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop training materials including presentations, guides, and evaluation forms, supporting translation of corporate content into local languages as needed
- Generate regular reports on training activity and support compliance monitoring for mandatory training programs
- Prepare comprehensive onboarding materials and support the Retail Learning team in delivering onboarding for new employees across the Mediterranean region
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding training programs and learning resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited business school, HR program, or related field obtained within the past three years
- Fluent in English and Spanish (French is advantageous)
- Full proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- Self-starter with strong autonomous capability in agenda management and prioritization
- Highly organized and rigorous with proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with excellent communication abilities
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar administrative, training coordination, or HR role, preferably within the retail sector or human resources department. Must be capable of entering into a "contrato de prácticas" (legal internship contract) as defined by Spanish labor law.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, obtained within the past three years. Candidate must be eligible to formalize a practicum contract under Spanish labor law.
