Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a 24-month rotational program within the retail environment.
- Engage in six months of training focused on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Gain three months of exposure to operational and visual excellence.
- Contribute to a project with the Regional Corporate team for three to five months.
- Develop skills in people management over a six-month period.
- Assume an Acting Team Manager role in the final rotation to gain leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent.
- Permanent authorization to work in the location of application.
- Availability to start full-time on-site work by June 2026.
