Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR Business Partner for a portfolio of Louis Vuitton stores in France, reporting to the HR Director France & Monaco and aligning HR actions with commercial strategy.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities in partnership with the Recruitment & Development team, managing peak-season hiring, recruitment events and inter-store mission allocation to ensure optimal staffing.
- Define talent development priorities with managers, design and deploy the annual training plan, and implement talent reviews and succession planning exercises for the regional retail perimeter.
- Maintain constructive employee relations and a harmonious social climate by liaising with employee representatives, supporting store leadership and conducting disciplinary procedures in collaboration with central social development teams.
- Own annual compensation processes (ICR), ensure remuneration coherence across the perimeter and coordinate HR budgeting and rolling forecasts with Finance and central teams.
- Manage and develop a small HR team (1–3 people), ensuring alignment, coaching and capability building to deliver consistent HR service at store level.
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within retail or luxury goods, with demonstrable ownership of recruitment, employee relations and compensation processes.
- Proven experience managing small teams and partnering with operational leadership in a matrix environment.
- Solid command of French labor law and practical experience handling disciplinary and social dialogue processes.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) and strong interpersonal, influencing and analytical skills.

Minimum 10 years of progressive human resources experience with a generalist remit, preferably within retail or the luxury industry; proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, compensation processes and managing a small HR team.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
