Louis Vuitton Vienna seeks a part-time Retail Host to welcome clients, manage appointments and enhance the in-store experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome all clients and visitors, ensuring an impeccable first impression aligned with Louis Vuitton brand standards.
- Assess visitor needs and promptly direct clients to the appropriate sales advisers, departments or services within the store.
- Manage the daily client appointment calendar and coordinate bookings to optimise customer flow.
- Support store management in minimising wait times and improving the efficiency of client reception.
- Collaborate with sales, management and back-of-house teams to deliver a seamless, personalised client experience throughout each visit.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written command of German and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, discretion and polished presentation suitable for luxury clientele.
- Proven ability to remain composed and effective in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- High level of organisation with the capacity to multitask and prioritise client-facing duties.
- Comfortable using a range of IT tools for scheduling and client management; digital literacy is expected.
- Availability for Saturday work (either exclusively 8-hour Saturday shifts or 16–24 flexible hours across weekdays and some Saturdays).

Experience
Entry-level role suitable for career starters; prior experience in retail, hospitality or front-of-house client service is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Secondary school diploma (or equivalent). Vocational training in hospitality, retail or customer service is a plus.
